Administrative Assistant

Theatre Beyond Broadway is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the company's mission of fostering independent artists, amplifying diverse voices, and managing various theatrical projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails, correspondence, and inquiries from artists, collaborators, and audiences

  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, and events for TBB leadership

  • Organizing and maintaining digital files for productions and, partnerships

  • Researching grant applications, sponsorship requests, and fundraising initiatives

  • Supporting logistics for TBB productions, readings, workshops, and community events

Qualifications:

  • Must be experienced in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to balance competing priorities

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently

  • Must have an attitude of “no task is too big or too small” and be willing to wear many hats

Since TBB operates across multiple platforms—including online communities, podcasts, and educational programs—an Administrative Assistant would need to be adaptable, organized, and passionate about independent theatre.
